Therapy for Adults

I support autistic and neurodivergent adults in better understanding themselves, navigating challenges, and building lives that are meaningful and authentic. Our work is collaborative and individualized; drawing on your strengths, honoring your experiences, and focusing on what matters to you.

Some adults have known they are neurodivergent for many years, while others are only beginning to consider how neurodivergence may relate to their experiences. All are welcome.

How we’ll work together

1

Start with a quick call

We’ll begin with a free consultation call (video or phone) to talk about what brings you to therapy, answer initial questions, and see whether working together might be a good fit.

2

Get to know you

During our first few sessions, we’ll talk about what’s been hard, what matters most, and what you would like to be different. We’ll explore your experiences, strengths, needs, and how these all play out in the broader context of your life.

3

Identify what matters most

Together, we’ll develop goals and a plan that feels relevant, realistic, and meaningful to you. These goals will likely evolve as we gain a better understanding of you, what you need, and what feels most helpful.

4

Meet for supportive, practical sessions

Sessions will include space to process your experiences, understand yourself more fully, and develop evidence-based and practical strategies that can be applied in everyday life.

Sessions are available in-person or through telehealth.
