I provide parent education, training, and consultation for parents of autistic or neurodivergent children or teens. These sessions may focus on better understanding your child’s needs, responding to challenging situations, strengthening communication, supporting regulation and independence, and developing practical strategies that fit your family. I also offer parent-based treatment for childhood anxiety (SPACE).
Individual therapy for parents, spouses, caregivers and other family members is available as well. These sessions offer a dedicated space to focus on your own experiences and well-being, including relationship concerns, caregiving stress, changing family roles, boundaries, burnout, or grief.
