Hi there - I’m glad you’re here. I’m a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY27071) with over 15 years of specialty experience supporting autistic and neurodivergent individuals and their families.
My approach is simple: I focus on affirming who you are, building on your strengths, and working together in a way that feels authentic and useful. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices, but always tailor our work to fit you - not the other way around. I don’t believe in fixing or changing who you are. I’m here to support your goals, your growth, and the life you want to build.
I genuinely love what I do and appreciate learning from every client I meet. I’d be honored to work alongside you as you move toward the future you envision.
Clinical Experience
Before starting my private practice, I spent years in academic hospital settings as a faculty member and attending psychologist; providing care, mentoring trainees, and helping to create programs to better support the neurodivergent community.
