Child and Teen Therapy

I support autistic and neurodivergent children and teens as they learn to navigate tough, new or confusing moments, so that life feels a little easier and they can spend more time doing what brings them joy.

How we’ll work together

1. Start with a quick call

We’ll have a free consultation call to see if we’re a good fit. If so, we’ll schedule an intake session to get to know each other and talk about what you (parent, child, or teen) would like to work on.

2. Make a plan together

We’ll figure out what’s been hard, what matters most, and how we can try to make things better. Then we’ll create a plan together that feels doable and meaningful to you and your family.

3. Supportive, practical sessions

Each session builds on our plan and includes a mix of support and real-life, science-backed strategies that are tailored to you. We can meet in-person or via telehealth.

4. Parents are part of the process

When I’m working with children or teens, I involve parents in ways that make sense and feels comfortable for the child or teen. This might look like check-ins, parent sessions, or joint sessions, and will depend on your child’s age and needs.
