How we’ll work together
1. Start with a quick call
We’ll have a free consultation call to see if we’re a good fit. If so, we’ll schedule an intake session to get to know each other and talk about what you’d like to work on.
2. Make a plan together
We’ll figure out what’s been hard, what matters most, and how we can try to make things better. Then we’ll create a plan together that feels doable and meaningful to you.
3. Supportive, practical sessions
Each session builds on our plan and includes a mix of support and real-life, science-backed strategies that are tailored to you. We can meet in-person or via telehealth.
